What is happening?!
Hi guys
Just got myself a new MacBook Air 15" (Sonoma 14.2.1.) and installed the latest driver - WacomTablet_6.4.4-5. The weirdest thing happens, making the tablet completely useless. When I try to access the menu bar, the cursor jumps, as if there is an area it won't enter.
Check out this video: https://www.dropbox.com/s/1hbogy8j5wq4cgv/Wacom%20and%20Sonoma.mov?dl=0
Anyone else with this issue, who may have a solution?
I am using a PTH-451 + Pro pen.
Thanks

Seems that your tablet pen sensor is probably defective. You should contact your regional support as soon as you can.

Hello
The pen works fine on my MacMini M1 with Ventura (although this setup still struggles by turning the driver off/on all the time 🙈)
Thanks,

I have the same issue. It worked fine before on my Windows Pro N I have no problems. Then I use it on a Mac mini M1 using the new driver. It was doing ok. But when I came back home to work using on my Windows 10 Pro N it started pen cursor started shaking wildly. I tried using another pen from my old Wacom same result.

Chatted support they recommended to Uninstall and re-install driver but the problem still there. Even tried using the old driver aside from the new one still did not work.
Hope somebody could help.0 -
Hi Chonny Chan,
The Pen Sensor in your tablet is defective (this operates independently from the Touch sensor).
You need to contact the support team to check the repair options: https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/4402518273943-How-do-I-contact-Wacom-Support

My tablet was defective, so I ended up buying a new one. It now works fine again.
