Wacom One DTC 133 port isuue
Wondering if anyone has had this issue and what can be done. My step daughter had the tablet, no idea how long it didn't work for her, but I am now in possession. I am an electronics engineer so I do know some about diagnosing issues. Have been trying to hook this to my S23 Ultra, kept having issues and researching. Tried hooking to pc, to my son's Note 10, a chromebook, etc. Finally found it is when I hook cable into port itself on the Wacom One. If I press it into the device very firmly, it will come on as expected and Dex will fire up on the device. However; I of course cannot hold the cord into the Wacom and actually use it and any minor movement causes it to lose connection. I was wondering if there is either an issue with the internal usb c port of the Wacom itself or possibly the cable, however the cable seems in great shape with no wear. It is just a very loose wiggly connection made when you plug it in. Does anyone have any experience with this issue. Wondering what could be done because this would be a perfect Dex device for me and for doing graphic art work on my pc.
