Cintiq 16 2 Suddenly Suffering Lag
I bought a Cintiq 16 2 in November and have been loving it so far, but about a week ago I started having weird issues with the pen. At first, there was a displacement issue, which I somehow fixed with a partial recalibration. But now it continually lags behind my stylus. It's become impossible to draw in Photoshop, since the cursor is never where it is supposed to be.
I've tried reinstalling the drivers, switching to the most recent version of MacOS, and have switched up the USB port. I keep on trying to recalibrate the pen, but every time I do for some reason one of the lower two targets won't register my click. (This isn't a physical problem with the tablet: I'm able to click and select items in those areas when I'm outside of the calibration utility.) I'm at my wit's end here. I really love this device and don't want it to suddenly turn into a 16" paper weight.
I'm running an 8-core, 16GB M1 Mac Mini. Thank you for your help!

Hi Aaron Miner,
Thanks for all the details.
Since you already tried the most standard troubleshooting steps (reinstall driver, update OS, etc.), I think it would be better if you could contact support directly.
Please capture a video of the specific issue with lag on Ps and the calibration and also some logs.
