Wacom Cintiq 16 display not recognized

Greetings!

I have a problem with my Wacom Cintiq 16 DTK - 1660, I download the official Wacom program and install it on my Mac Mini M1 with Sonoma OS 14.3.1, Wacom center recognizes it but as soon as I use the display settings program I see a message that says "Not found a device compatible display".

The screen turns on and boots but doesn't display my desktop.

How can I solve this problem? I don't use third-party Hubs but only the original Wacom cable supplied.

  I have seen another customer reporting this. Could you please collect some logs and report this to the support team?
