Express keys stop working

Hello, 

On my wacom cintiq 16 pro once a month or two my express keys stop working. I push them and it doesnt react. To repair it I have to uninstall and reinstall wacom driver. Which is kind of not fun to do it once a month. Is there any other way to fix this bug?

  Hi Jakub Dušek, 

  When this happens again the next time, please: 

  • Open the Wacom Center and check if there are any error messages
  • Try to restart the driver from the Settings menu in the Wacom Center
  • Collect the logs and open a ticket with support so we can check what could be the cause of the issue: https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/10010268158103-I-want-to-report-a-driver-bug-How-do-I-collect-Wacom-driver-logs
