    Hi Sorraimi Rivas

If I understand correctly, USB connection works well and the issue is only with Bluetooth correct?

I have had this issue a few times with Bluetooth on my Macbook. It can happen that due to a poor connection or interference, the connection is lost withou MacOS realizing this.

Please our guide to improve BT performance: https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500006335342-How-to-optimize-Bluetooth-performance-with-Wacom-Tablets

As for Windows and Android, make sure you are entering pairing mode correctly - this means the LED should slowly blink with a blue light.

I can connect the Tablet to the Mac, why would I not know how to connect to other devices if it is the same thing for every BT device?

The tablet will not be discoverable for some devices, and the ones that its able to connect to, will not stay connected for longer than 20 seconds.

So far I have tried 6 to 7 devices and it does the same every time.

    Hi Sorraimi Rivas

I can't tell since I cannot see what you are doing. When you just power the tablet ON, it will look for the last device it paired with and try to pair immediately and it will not show as available to other devices.

As mentioned in the manual I posted earlier:

Connecting wirelessly to a second computer

    1. If the first computer is on and within range of the device:
      1. Unpair your device from your first computer in the computer's Bluetooth menu.
      2. The LED on the device will turn off to indicate the connection has been lost.
    2. Confirm the driver is installed on your second computer.
    3. Repeat the connection steps at the beginning of this page with your second computer.
