    Hi seounghyun son

Do I understand correctly what you have removed the USB cable and are only using HDMI?

The Cintiq Pro will need USB connection to be able to transmit pen and touch data to the operating system. HDMI is only for video input.

Please see the connection details here: https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/17716140155415-How-do-I-connect-my-Wacom-Cintiq-Pro-17-22-or-27-to-my-computer

    Hi, Thanks for the reply.

Yes, I removed USB C cable and only HDMI to laptop. First day of use, I had no problem using entire function with only HDMI connection. I'm very sure it worked without any issue only with HDMI connection. touch and input. Wondering why it stop working.

    Hi seounghyun son

I can assure you that is not possible. As I mentioned, HDMI connection does not transfer the tablet data from the tablet to the computer. It can only carry a video signal from the computer to the Cintiq Pro and that is all.
