Intros Pro PTH-460 not synchronising?
Just bought a new Wacom Intros Pro Small (PTH-460) and installed software, drivers, and connected it via bluetooth to my iMac, running Ventura 13.3.1 but when I open the Wacom Centre software all I get is a spinning wheel with a message 'Waiting for synchronisation' and after a minute of that it fails to synchronise and a message saying 'THe tablet driver is not responding. Please restart Wacom Centre. If that does not work, please contact Customer Support, and we can help'.
I can't get hold of customer support, not even via ticket system and am on the verge of sending this thing back for a refund as it is not intuitive to even get my Mac to see it.
Any advice before I box it up and give up on it?
