Cintin pro 27 No wacom device detected

Hello Wacom I need to claim warranty replacement. For Cintiq Pro 27 I have issue please see below My name is Jiraporn Rattanasint Wacom Cintiq Pro 27 eSN: 3IK01A1000117 My display monitor of Cintiq pro 27 have warranty 2 year And now my display screen it turn on and can’t touchscreen and pen issues doesn’t work for my screen After I installed wacom driver and My cintiq pro 27 they are still not working And I trired to get troubleshooting but is still not work 1. I tried so many time to install and uninstall driver ten time is doesn’t work 2. I tried to put a brand new HDMI cable to C-cable and C-cable to plug of my display cintiq pro 27 but It s doesn’t work 3. I tried to put so many computer , laptop , so many processors intel core I-5 I-7 , I-9 , window , mac it s doest s work 4. i think the issue is wacom cintiq monitor I need to claim repair or replacement a new one please I need to claim warranty replacement or repair and replace a new one please.
