Bamboo CTL-470 Unresponsive on New Computer
Hello!
I am trying to use my Bamboo with my new computer, but the drivers returning on the Wacom driver page for the CTL-470 are not working. I have downloaded the suggested driver (Driver 5.3.5-3 (Windows XP, Vista, Win 7, 8, & 10)) on a Windows 10 machine and restarted it. Once restarted, I tried using the tablet & it did not respond. I tried opening the Wacom Preferences app & got the following error-
I did also try using the installation CDs that came with it but it produced error 4010 & 4020, which don't really elaborate on what's wrong. Thanks in advance for any help!

This message means the tablet is not properly connected to the computer. Please check the connection and replace the cable if necessary. If you are using a Desktop, make sure you connect the cable directly on the back.

Hello! Thank you for such a quick response! I have had my Bamboo plugged in through all of this. I've also tried a couple of different wires, to make sure there isn't an issue with that.

Perhaps there is an issue with the USB port on the Bamboo?
Check if the LED is Turned ON and not blinking. This is a good indication that the tablet is properly connected and has enough power.
If the issue persists, please check with the support team directly: https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/4402518273943-How-do-I-contact-Wacom-Support
