tablet and pen settings not working

help. my tablet and pen settings stopped working. example one to the express keys is set for copy layer but when used 'touch on or touch off' pops up on screen. setting show everything still set as i want but that's not what happens. 

intuos pro s on Mac running Ventura

  I can't be fully sure, but from your description, this sounds like a hardware issue with the tablet control board.
