    Hi Dan Lish

    Could be due to different things: 

    • Issue at the source output
    • Issue with connection (ports or cable(s))
    • Issue with LCD

    Please try connecting the Cintiq to a different video output source (other computer, game console, TB box, etc. ) and see if the issue persists.

    If it does, please try replacing the cables. If you still have this issue then, there is a problem with the LCD and the device will need to be repaired.
