Touch always on-Wacom Intuos Pro L

The touch options is always on even when the button is set on off position. I tried reinstalling the driver, and then I see the message touch on on screen, but I cannot turn it off.

  Perhaps the touch toggle button is broken. Please check with your regional support for further advice.
