My Cintiq 16 does not show display but the pen works

Greetings!

I have a problem with my Wacom Cintiq 16 is not showing display. I see a message that says "compatible Display Device not found

The screen turns on and boots but doesn't display my desktop.

How can I solve this problem? I don't use third-party Hubs but only the original Wacom cable supplied.

  Please make sure the cables are plugged all the way in. If that doesn't work, please check our main article for some tips:
