Wacom display not working

Hi all, I've just gotten a Wacom one (DTH134WOB) and trying to set it up with my laptop. Everything is working except that the Wacom screen won't display anything. It flashes red green and blue goes dark and then does it again. I can draw on it and it will appear on the laptop screen, the wacom centre says to press the settings button, which I've done but it won't do anything. It actually driving me insane I’ve tried everything and nothing is working.

  Hi Eva Wright, 

  How are you connecting the Wacom ONE to your laptop? 
  If you are using a single USB-C cable, make sure the USB-C ports on your laptop support DisplayPort Alternate Mode with Power Delivery as well. 

  If you are not sure, please check your laptop manual or contact the manufacturer.
