Issue with Wacom Tablet Settings on macOS 15.1 with Arabic Language
Hello everyone
I’m currently facing an issue with my Wacom tablet Wacom PTH-660-N Intuos Pro M on macOS Sequoia 15.1. When I switch the system language to Arabic, the Wacom tablet settings app does not open or respond properly. However, when I change the system language back to English, the settings app works just fine.
I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue or knows of a solution. Any guidance or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Hi khalid alghamdi,
That is interesting. I have not heard of this issue before.
Could you provide some additional details?
- Which driver version have you currently installed?
- Did you change the user account language, or did you create a new user account with Arabic as Language?
- What is the exact message you see when you try to open the Wacom Center with the system in Arabic (please translate as accurately as possible)?
- Can you please collect some logs using our driver logging feature - https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/10010268158103-I-want-to-report-a-driver-bug-How-do-I-collect-Wacom-driver-logs
Please do the following: - Start logging with the other language you use that works
- Switch the language to trigger the issue
- Switch back
- Compile the logs
This should help understand why this happens.

Hello,
The driver is updated to the latest version available. I did not create a new user account; instead, I only changed the system language in the current account to Arabic.
The exact error message displayed is: "Settings Error - Unable to connect to the Assistant app."
I have collected the logs and will attach them to this response for further analysis. Finally, the issue I am facing is that the settings application does not work, and I will attach a screenshot of the app in question.
Thank you for your support.
