Issue with Touch Input Modes on Cintiq Pro 13 DTH-1320
Hello,I am experiencing an issue with my Cintiq Pro 13 (DTH-1320) on my Mac Studio M2 Max running macOS Sonoma 14.5. The touch input is only working in “pen” mode and not in “mouse” mode. This behavior occurs both when the tablet is in display mode (with the screen on) and in tablet mode (with the screen off).
Steps I have taken so far:
1.I manually erased and reinstalled the driver following the tutorial on your website, ensuring the tablet was unplugged and there was no internet connection during the process.
2.I tested multiple driver versions, including the latest and older versions (up to WacomTablet_6.4.1-2).
3.After one of the driver updates, touch input briefly worked in mouse mode while the monitor was on, but switching to tablet mode caused both the touch input and pen to stop working.
For reference, this device worked perfectly with my old MacBook Pro (Late 2015). However, I cannot get it to function correctly with my new setup.
Could you help me identify the cause of this issue and provide guidance on how to resolve it?
Thank you,
-
