Cintiq 13 On-Screen Shortcuts not working with touch

I've never had this problem, which is why I'm so stumped and can't find anything online. A little context. Occasionally, when I haven't updated the drivers in a while, my Cintiq 13 keeps wigging out and being really stupid, touch being on and can't switch off, none of the buttons on the tablet working or on the pen, etc. Those problems are usually resolved by restarting my laptop (Lenovo, Windows 11) or updating and then restarting. Tablet is being dumb again, all the usual problems plus the new one where the on-screen shortcuts don't work with my finger. Restart my laptop, doesn't work, update the driver, restart again and everything starts working again except the new problem. The buttons work if I use my pen with them, but not through touch. I tested it with "touch on", "selective touch", and even "touch off" but it just doesn't want to react with my finger. Touch works and interacts with everything but the shortcuts

  Sorry to read that you are experiencing so many issues at once. 
  Could you please collect some logs and report this to the support team directly?
