My Wacom is connected via Bluetooth, but via the app, it says it isn't connected

    That is very, very strange. I have not seen such an issue before... It should definitely be detected by the driver. 

    Does it also happen with the USB cable? Could you collect some logs and share this with the support team?

    I'm having the exact same issue! And this is a brand new tablet, purchased for christmas. It was working perfectly for two days and now suddenly will not connect. I've forgotten the tablet on my computer and reconnected, still no luck. It is only recognized by the driver when connected via USB. Extremely annoying.

    UPDATE!! I restarted the Wacom Driver and it finally recognized the tablet! Go to settings in the top right corner of the Wacom Center, scroll down to Troubleshooting Options and press Restart Driver. Hope this helps!
