Assistance Needed: Wacom One Tablet Not Working
Dear Wacom Support Team,
I connected my Wacom One tablet to my Mac M1, but unfortunately, nothing happens—the tablet appears completely unresponsive. The tablet is about three years old, has been handled with care, and is in excellent condition.
I have already tried the following steps:
- Installed the updated software for Mac M1, downloaded directly from your website.
- Restarted the computer after installation.
Despite these actions, the tablet shows no signs of activity.
Additionally, I attempted to register the product following the instructions provided on your website, but every time I click on the registration links, I am redirected to a page with a "403 Forbidden" error. This makes it impossible for me to complete the registration or access further support options.
I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue and guidance on how to proceed.
Thank you for your support, and I look forward to your response.
Best regards,
Giulia

Hi Giulia Roncucci,
Seems like two separate issues.- Tablet connection
- Registration
Since you state that you have had your tablet for 3 years, I assume you have the older version Wacom ONE display (Model DTC133).
- First of all, make sure if is properly connected: https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500006333382-How-do-I-connect-the-Wacom-One-DTC133-to-a-computer
- If you M1 Mac has no HDMI ports then you are using an adapter to connect the Wacom One with the X cable so try replacing the adapter as well.
Once you have successfully connected the Wacom ONE you should have an image on the display, and it should appear on your Wacom Center menu. You can then follow the registration process.
- For the registration, error, please clear your cache and cooking on Safari or your main computer browser. You can follow the same steps as listed here: https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500006272941-Why-can-I-not-create-a-Wacom-ID-account-or-log-into-my-Wacom-Account
If the problem persists, let us know.
