Wacom disconnecting and reconnecting
I have a CTL 671 wacom and have used it for many years, but about a week ago its light started blinking, and when not doing that, it disconnects and reconnects ( or remains disconnected ) randomly. I've checked the cables, usb ports, uninstalled/reinstalled drivers ( tablet and usb ), donwloaded windows' updates, restarted my computer and so on; it keeps happening.
A day ago I got a message " Windows can't access the specified device, path or file. "; even though the problem had already started prior to that. Most of the time I get the notification " Windows didn't recognize this device " or " The last usb device you connected to this computer malfunctioned ".
I'm using Windows 10 ( 64 bit ).
Is there anything left to try?
Thank you.

Hi Lucas Souza,
Welcome to the Community. Thank you for reaching out.
From what you describe, it seems like the tablet is not getting enough power. This is what causes the LED to blink or just not turn ON at all.
Have you tried a different cable? If you haven't yet, give that a try. Although your original cable might seem fine, some pins might be damaged on either end and cause issues. If you already replaced the cable and the problem persists, then there might be a problem with the tablet itself.
Unfortunately that model is over 10 years old and is no longer in service so we wouldn't be able to repair it.
If you would like advice on a replacement, please contact our support team and we will be happy to help.https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/4402518273943-How-do-I-contact-Wacom-Support
