    Hi Javier Salas,

I'm sorry to read about your problem with the Cintiq Pro.

From your description, I am not sure what could be the problem, but it doesn't seem like a driver issue - hard to be sure though.

Could you please reach out to the support team and provide all the details you can such as OS version, Ps version (if this happens with other apps as well please provide the app versions).

It is also important to understand which specific action(s) you are trying to perform when this happens: What and how you are trying to execute the action, the expectation and what happens instead so we can try to replicate this.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hey Joao,

Yes of course i will be more specific here.

i work as an illustrator, so when im using my photoshop and i have in my hands the wacom pen, very often happen that i havent even get touch to the screen and the cursor of the pen in the screen is already moving, or usually get stuck, so i cant do actions like Zoom, or change brushes anything, the pen doenst work properly.

but if i use an older Pen version from my old cintiq, i dont have that problem, but is not the same experience of course like the new pen that is faster.

also when im trying to draw perfect lines as usual, with this cintiq the lines get wavy and doesnt allow me to experience at fully my computer.

i never have this problems before with other tablets, all my softawares are fully updated including my Mac.
drivers also from the tablet and i have calibrate thousand times the pen and the screen.

    Hi Javier Salas

So from your description, seems like your pen might have what we call a stuck nib on your pen. This is what causes the pen to active a "click" while on in proximity to the surface of the tablet, without touching.

Please check with the support team to confirm this issue and see how to get a replacement pen.

Regarding "wavy" lines this is something we would see in older models but it has been years since I have see someone reporting this. Can you show an example? Does using the smoothing features on Ps help improve this?
