cursor gets more off center the closer to the edges of the screen

I'm fully up to date with the drivers, calibration does nothing to to help, and it isn't by a few pixels either, it's more than a centimeter gap at the edges of the screen between the location of the pen and the mouse cursor. Getting towards the top and bottom edges of the screen doesn't affect this, just going left and right. I'm not sure what else to try at this point to fix it. I have a Wacom one 13
