Wacom Cintiq pro 24 isn’t being detected by Wacom Center.

I've tried everything and now i'm stumped. My cintiq randomly just stopped being detected yesterday while I was working on a at piece. At first I thought it might have been a little glitch so I reset my Mac, but unfortunately it got worse as it just stopped connecting all together. It’s still responding as a monitor/ second screen but my pen won’t work on it. So far I have uninstalled and reinstalled the driver, Relaunched my Mac, unplugged and replugged the cables, tried switching ports and have just tried replacing the USB C cable and still nothing. I did however get a message a few times that readout as "The Tablet driver is not responding. Please restart Wacom Center" Which i have tried and nothing changed. Please I need help with this!

This could be a connection issue, but since you already tried all the cables and ports and you are getting the driver message, please try the steps here: https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500006339902-What-does-the-error-message-The-tablet-driver-is-not-responding-mean-after-synchronization-fails-and-how-do-I-fix-it
Note that this only happens normally if you switch the Wacom apps from running in the background, or, if a 3rd party app does that for you.

If the problem with the connection persists after you resolved the driver error message, please try using the USB-A port and connection to your computer instead to rule out any possible issues with the USB-C port.
If that doesn't solve the connection, then you might need to have the device checked for a repair.

Hi João,
Thank you for the help! Unfortunately nothing is seeming to work, and I have done everything I can for the device. If it does come down to repairing the cintiq I do not have the insurance or money to repair it. So it might be a lost cause. :(
