    Hi Shivam Rana

The Wacom Hardware drivers (as well as any other hardware drivers) are usually always running in the back so that if a Wacom device is plugged in, Windows is able to recognize the device and make it work as expected.

From your comment, it seems the issue is more related with the Wacom Center, which can or not run depending on how you set it up. Still, it is really not a heavy application and it should really not cause performance issues.

Here is how it is currently running on my modest PC while I type this message:

Form the information you provided is very hard to tell what is going wrong or try to replicate the issue so if you have any additional details you can share it would be great.

Would also be better if you would contact the support team directly so they can collect logs and more details more efficiently.
