MAC OS 15.5 not working well with latest WACOM driver 6.4.10-3 for 22HD
Hi, every time I go to use the express keys, every key seems to initiate zoom, instead of the desired functions programmed. Then, it forces all my windows on Mac to automatically tile and disappear. And on top of that, my keyboard starts writing gibberish. I have to restart the driver constantly. Please update and fix!

Thanks for reaching out. From your description seems more like you have some ghost inputs going with the express keys. The fact that all keys trigger zoom, could indicate an issue with the key to which zoom is attached, or the whole key controller PCB on your Wacom device.

Test all the keys and check how the diagnose tool is reacting. If you detect false input, then this means that the hardware is working as expected.
If that is the case, can you please collect some logs and rollback the driver and confirm if the issue persists?

I also have this issue that all the Express Keys on the Wacom Cintiq 22HD trigger Zoom In and also trigger the Alt key into being stuck On (despite my not touching the Alt key, nor having Sticky Keys On). The Alt key being stuck On is probably the cause for the gibberish the Original Poster mentioned. The only solution so far has been to unplug the tablet, plug it back in, and avoid the Express Keys. I currently have mine taped over to avoid touching them.
OS: MacOS Sequoia 15.5
Tablet: Wacom Cintiq 22HD
Driver: 6.4.10-3
Affected Software Include: Adobe PhotoShop 2025, Clip Studio Paint 3.0.4

Hi, Im assuming that you meant "If you detect false input, then this means that the hardware is "Not" working as expected"? When I press a button, the touch strips register activity on both side. I have logs collected. How do I send them to you? And can I get a link with all the Cintiq 22HD drivers so i can test all of them?

Hi again, I found the page with the drivers. I went down to Driver release 6.4.8-3a. This one worked for me and I no longer have the Express key issue.
