Cintiq Pro 17 Wont Turn On
So I have checked all of the cords connecting to my laptop and to the pen display, and nothing is wrong with the cords, I even tested them on other devices and they are working fine. I checked the port on the tablet and it didn't look like anything was wrong with it. Last time I used it was a couple of days ago when I disconnected it from my laptop and turned it off. Since then, it has not turned on. If I can't get answers here, I'll contact the support team.

Hi Alaina Lynn,
Do I understand correctly that your Cintiq Pro 17 is not powering ON? Does this mean there is no LED at all in the device when you plug in the power cable?
Or does it power ON but you don't see an image and / or it is not detected by the Wacom Center?
If this is a power issue, which seems like it is, then please try using a different USB-C power supply with enough power (most laptops nowadays have USB-C power input as well) to check if the power supply on the Cintiq Pro is the problem. If the problem persists, then there may be a problem with your device and you may need to contact support directly:

Yes, so there is absolutely no power going to the tablet, the LED isn’t even on, and yes I used another USB C cord that had enough power to check. I also plugged the cord it came with into my laptop and it showed up as charging. So the cord may not be an issue unless it’s just not sending enough power to the tablet. That, or the tablet’s port is messed up? I’m not sure, but Thank you for responding! I have already contacted support and I’m sending it in for a repair.
