Connectivity and Charging Issues – Wacom Intuos Pro M (PTK-670)
I’ve been facing multiple issues with my Wacom Intuos Pro M (PTK-670) when using Bluetooth connectivity with my MacBook Pro 2024.
Here are the problems I’ve noticed:

The tablet connects via Bluetooth and appears in the Wacom Center, but the pen/mouse pointer does not move.

Occasionally, it works fine, but most of the time it doesn’t respond.

Restarting the computer sometimes resolves the issue

At times, the tablet shows 0% charge, and even after charging it for 2+ hours, it still displays 0% (plugged in).

I’ve already tried restarting the Wacom drivers and performing a full reboot, but the issue persists.
Could you please help me understand what might be causing this and suggest a possible fix?

Seems like the driver might not be getting the right information from the tablet. That could either be a hardware or software issue.
Can you please contact the support team for additional troubleshooting?
If you could also collect some logs and share them with the team it would already be helpful.
