    We have not seen any bug reports related to Affinity so far. What you describe is usally more related with a hardware issue rather than software but if you think you have found a bug, please follow the steps here so we can investigate:

    Hi João - thanks for your feedback.

     

    Would it be a hardware issue of one software (Affinity Photo) seems to make the problem worse? To me that sounds like a software issue, where a hardware issue would effect all apps?

     

    We will run the log-collector as you suggest as soon as it is convenient.

    Maybe I misunderstood, but since you said this happens with all apps but more with Affinity, I would definitely not exclude a potential hardware issue.

    If it really is just with Affinity and/or only when Affinity is running in the background, then yes, that would be a software issue for sure.
