    Hi Scott, 

    Which operating system? 

    Sounds like the Wacom driver is not being able to understand that the active software is the one you are using unless you are using Krita.

    OS is Windows 11 (Build 22621.1848)

    I've collected logs running between Krita, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Same Repro.

    Also checked Wacom Center for Driver Updates and none were available.

    Where do I attach these logs? Per the link, I'm supposed to add it to an open ticket, which I don't have. This forum won't let me upload .waczip files here.

    Please let me know if you more telemetry and thanks for your help!

    You can open a ticket by yourself by using the instructions here: 
    https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/4402518273943

    If you use the ticket form, you will be able to attach the logs.

    OK, talking with support, they led me through a complete uninstall and reinstall (deleting all the drivers and settings) and I'm working now. Of course, I wish they would have directed me to backup my settings...  Oh well.

    Glad to hear you got back to work. Would be good if you would let them know about the preferences. This is important feedback.
