Can't install free drawing software, its been years lol help

A few years ago i bought the Wacom Intuos S (model: CTL-4100) and i've always been having trouble getting the free software that comes with it. When i first got my device i wasn't able to get the software and gave up, but now i'm wondering if i can still get it?

I'm having trouble registering my device. Its connected and it fully works but i cant get the software. When i click on Software offers in the Wacom desktop center it shows me to register a device.

Then i click open devices manager and my device already shows up, but no option to get a software. (clicking edit doesn't do anything helpful)

So i don't know how to get the software, i had this problem years ago too but for some reason never tried to fix it lol.

I know my device comes with a free software, it says it on the packaging. (Either digital painting of photo editing).

Does anyone know how to fix this?? i tried the legacy devices thing too, doesn't work. Everything redirects me to the desktop center which doesn't let me get a software as i showed above. I also tried forgetting device but it just brings me to the same thing again.
