1st Gen Intuos Pro (S) is laggy after updating MACos to Sonoma
Hello !
A little more info from the title since updating, majority of my tools have been buggy with a definite lag/delay. For example, the healing brush tool becomes a second behind after clicking source area. Clone stamp, similar. Patch tool buggy as well. This is happening with PS 25 and 26. I have spent so many hours looking at forums, installing/un-installing drivers. I've toggled Wacom drivers on/off in Accessibility and Monitoring in my Privacy & Security and still nothing fixes issue.
Specs:
2021 MBP 14" | Sonoma 14.8.2
Intuos Pro 1st Gen PTH 451
I went even as far as purchasing a new 2025 Wacom and still facing issue.
Does anyone have experience with "connect my tablet" as a resource to help ?

Any help would be appreciated ! Happy Holidays!

Hi João,
Thank you so much for taking the time to respond and provide the links.
To provide some additional context, these issues are only when using the tablet and are showing up across all apps including Chrome and Capture one. So it is not just an Adobe or PS isolated response.
Additionally, the lag does not present itself when using the mouse in the same applications. Only when I put down the mouse and use the pen and tablet do these issues show up.
