Wacom Touch 13 No Output Display

My Wacom Touch 13 receives power, displays the Wacom logo, then nothing, not even the "No Signal Detected" indicator, only displaying black, yet its' stylus works. My desktop and my brother's laptop can detect it as a display but nothing shows up on the tablet's end. Please help :(

  That could be a cable problem of a problem with the Wacom One itself. 
  
  Try replacing the cable and if the problem persists, please check with your regional support for further assistance.
