Driver continuously crashes / freezes

Runnning Tahoe 26.3 with PTK470 Tablet Driver 6.4 12-3, updated Firmware. 

The table is connected via cable 

I'm unable to work for more than 5 minutes until the tablet freezes, and the driver crashes and relaunches. 

I'm at my wits end. Wacom worked seamlessly with Macs for decades and it seems to be an uphill battle recently. 

this is culprit below.
