Wacom Center Not Opening

    This is out of my expertise so I wouldn't know. However, I have not seen other customers report this same issue which leads me to believe there is still something wrong with the Kernel file or VC++ in your system. Actually, the Windows issues we usually see are normally often with VC++.  

    Please contact our support team and provide all the details you can gather and we will check this with the driver team but if they are not able to reproduce, it might be hard to fix it.

    I am having exactly the same problem as the user above.

    "Installed the Wacom Driver 6.4.2-3.exe, wacom center not opening (I just want to adjust the brightness and contrast of the device)."

    The new driver was not working with my new mac studio. So this is not an isolated problem, nor is it simply a Windows issue as described above. Needs to be fixed. Please advise.

    I also have a deadline and do not have time to play footsie while the driver team figures out how to work with a new OS. New to cintiq and so far, mixed reviews. I am still in the window to return this expensive problem.

    Hi Joao,

    I just thought I should come back here to document a conclusion.
    I reached out to Wacom support via email and your colleague Alexandra got me to try a few things. Her suggestion of creating a new user account on my PC was a good one and Wacom Center launched but still won't launch on my own account. So there's obviously a difference in profile settings but I haven't looked into it any deeper. I was able to register my tablet at last and found that the Wacom Center application provides almost exactly the same functionality as the Wacom Tablet Properties utility, which to me seems to be a more pleasant user experience. So I will stick with that and just hope it doesn't just superseded by Wacom Center.

    Thanks for your help and I recommend to anyone else having these issues to try the same and create a temporary user on their PC to see if that gets round whatever problem is upsetting the launch of Wacom Center.

    Thanks a lot for sharing this. I am usually not a fan of "creating another user account" type of solutions because that is only sweeping the issue under the rug and not actually fixing what caused it in the first place.

    That said, I am happy to read that you have managed to get back to work and hope that this might help other users as well. 

    Just bear in mind that if this happens again, that we will need to gather more info and probably report this to Microsoft as well.

    The information you sent is all very interesting but does not address my problem.

    I cannot affect the color profile of my 24" cintiq pro through the Wacom center. There is no error message.

    I'm having the same issue with my Wacom Intuos CTL 4100

    WacomCenterUI.exe - Flashes for a second and it's gone

    Wacom Tablet Properties - Works

    Wacom Update Utility - Works

    Not an issues with Windows. It's happening across the board.

    What do you mean is happening across the board? Does that open with other apps? 

    That kind of behaviour can usually indicate an issue with some Windows component.

    Hi,

    I would appreciate the help. I'm trying to log into the Wacom Center without success. My pen is out of sync and I want to see why. When I try to open the Wacom Center,  a message pops up - a screenshot is attached.

    I have the same problem, I have created a new user, deleted registry keys, nothing... error window. The only drivers with the Wacom center works are 6.3.46-2. OS, Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2019 -1809-. Any solution?
