Can't open display setting
Please help me, this has been happened for a long time as not really big deal and still can handle my work and this time I want to solve this problem. I have a problem with the display settings. I want to adjust the display brightness but I can't open the display settings, and the pop up shows that my device is not compatible with the app/driver even though I have downloaded according to my version DTK - 1660 and my device is read by the app/driver. All functions work except I can't open display settings. Anyone know how can I solve this problem?

Could you confirm which version of Mac OS you are using and what processor type is with your Mac?
Also, which version of the Wacom Driver you have installed?

I am using Ventura 13.6.1 and my processor type is Quad-Core Intel Core i3. I have installed a newer version, Wacom Driver 6.4.5-3. I have also tried reinstalling and tried installing an older version, version 6.4.4-5, still no any changed.

Thanks a lot for the details. Is the DTK-1660 connected directly to the Mac or are you using a USB Hub? It seems that despite you getting an image on the display, the display is not being properly identified by the system. Can you open the System Information and see if the DTK-1660 is being properly detected by the system?

I used USB hub to connect it. I opened the system info and saw the wacom center and wacom tablet detected by the system. I can use the DTK-1660 normally except the display settings cannot be opened. Is this because of the USB hub I used?

We would need to take a deeper look at your system to be sure, but yes, HUBs can sometimes cause problems with the connections even when everything appears to work fine.
If the problem persists, please collect the logs and report this to the support team.
