    Hi Somio Ostmann

    Sorry to read that.

It is strange that the laptop finds the tablet but Wacom Center doesn't. Normally as long as it is properly detected by the operating system, it will also be visible in the Wacom Center.

What is the exact error message you are getting from the Wacom Center? Are you connecting the tablet via USB, or Bluetooth?
If you are using Bluetooth, does the same happen when you use USB?
When you are using USB, do you connect directly to your computer, or are you using a USB adapter?

i use Bluetooth. there is no error message from the Wacom Center. it doesn't find anything. My laptop only have USB-C port and I don't have a adapter neither. That is the I use Bluetooth.

    Hi Somio Ostmann

Which computer do you have an which Operating system are you using?

Which version of the Wacom Driver?

Please note that Bluetooth is not as stable of a connection as USB so even if you establish a connection, interference might cause the connection to drop soon after.

Please see our recommendations here: https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500006335342-How-to-optimize-Bluetooth-performance-with-Wacom-Tablets

I am in MacOS with macOS Driver 6.4.8-2.

now I go to setting in Wacom Center. Click "restart driver" under troubleshooting option to connect my tablet every time

    Hi Somio Ostmann

Then perhaps the issue is not actually the bluetooth connection but something could be crashing the driver.

Please contact the support team directly for deeper troubleshooting:
