    Hi Benjamin Sauer

Sorry to read about your issues. We would really appreciate if you would contact the support team so we can collect all the details and report this to the driver team:

João Also Uninstalled driver, manually searching for files and deleting them, restarting computer, Installed driver again, checked security settings (➞ all ok), but STILL, Wacom driver is crashing my computer regularly!

    What else can I do??

    Hi Benjamin Sauer

If the whole computer is crashing, there may be an issue with your user account or even operating system. I don't know of other users which the full system crashes because of our Wacom driver.

You should follow the instructions I shared early to collect the logs and contact the support team directly.

You should also contact Apple and check with them directly why the system is crashing. On their website they also recommend to reinstall MacOS so maybe give that a try.

I noticed that when I de-activate GPU acceleration in Lightroom Classic CC, that the performance is back to normal!
Could your team look into this issue João
    Thanks in advance,

    Regards, Benni

    Hi Benjamin Sauer

I will let the team know, but GPU acceleration is not something we can control. This is entirely up to the system and the application. Please see more here: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/kb/lightroom-gpu-faq.html

    Hey João,

    thanks for your reply.
I totally understand, that Wacom is not controlling the internal Apple Hardware. Please see it more as a feedback to help you make the tablets work better.
Another point I discovered is, that even when the mouse pointer freezes, it is movable and usable with touch gestures on the Wacom device and on the internal touchpad. Just wondering, if there is a technical difference how the signals get caught from pen input and touch input…
    Regards, Benni
