Touch turns on and off by itself.

.I've been using Wacom Intuos CTH490 for a long time now and it has a problem with the touch often turns on and off by itself. Is it because the button is broken or is it the software? Or I need a new one :D ?

Sorry if this question already exists. (Please share the link.) I work on Window11 and updated driver to the latest version. Thanks..

  It's to tell without more information. It could be an issue with the tablet's physical touch toggle, or the touch driver crashing and restarting. 

  Without much information, I assume that you are getting a message in the center of your display correct? Does this happen regardless of which state the switch is on? 

  Could you please collect some logs and check with the support team directly?

  Thank you. João  Yes, I got a message in the center of the display. It turns itself on and off while working. I contacted supporter to report this issue. He told me to reinstall and use another computer for testing. I have not a problems with other computers. Then I went back to use the old driver V.6.3.41. and try it, still not a problem yet. If I find it again. I will report that.
