Wacom Cintiq 22 隨附一個可拆卸筆芯的筆座，此筆座附有3支可替換的筆芯與筆芯拆卸工具。
如要更換筆芯，可從 Cintiq 上卸下筆座，並將筆的筆芯端插入筆座上的替換孔內，將筆芯稍微傾斜，從筆座向外拉拽筆身，將筆芯拔出。
從筆座內抽出一支新筆芯，用手指將筆芯插入筆管內，並用手指稍微按壓固定即可。
