    Hi Giovanni,

Just to reassure you, I have tested the current driver on Mac OS 13.3 and it works perfectly fine.

This is either a setup issue, or an unknown bug but I am confident that the former is the case.

I am also a bit confused. Previously you wrote that no device is detected but now the message is different. For the record, the message "no drivers for the tablet detected" doesn't exist. See:
    https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/8811680835223-I-m-getting-an-error-message-from-the-Wacom-Driver-what-can-I-do-

Can you please clarify exactly which message you are getting? You can also upload a screenshot here if that helps. If English is not your OS language is not problem, we will manage to translate.

In the meantime, please make sure the driver is properly setup in your system. Please follow the steps here:

Is there a driver for macOS 13, Ventura?

It is vey important to make sure that:

    • com.wacom is added under Settings > Privacy & Security > Accessibility
    • WacomTabletDriver is added Settings > Privacy & Security > Input monitoring

Also, please check if the Wacom entry is allowed to run in the background under Settings > General > Login Items

The drivers simply don't work. Wacom center does not recognize my device is connected to the computer. I tried removing the drivers and going through the process of re installing them and it still won't work. The last driver update was done in february, I think we are due for a new one?

It's been almost a week since i've been able to use my tablet and I have not been able to get work done. Please do something.

Yeah right except wacom center won't even open for me since there's no tablet detected, so thanks for that.

    Hi Giovanni,

If the tablet is not detected, then this is most likely a connection issue.
Please check our connection guide for the Cintiq 16 below and make sure the USB cable is properly connected.

You can also confirm if the device is connected by checking the USB entries under System Report:

Joao, it's not the connections. the ports work well with other devices. I've tried connecting other Tablet models as well and nothing works. Please update the drivers. How else can we ask for this?

Did the steps in my last message help? I have seen this error message with users that don't allow the driver to run in the background.

Since updating my mac my Cintiq 22HD keeps saying there's no input signal even though my setup hasn't changed at all? I don't know if it's the same problem as this but don't know how to fix it (I've tried restarting, unplugging, reinstalling my driver).

    Hi Lauren,

No Input Signal has nothing to do with the Wacom driver. It just means that the Cintiq is not getting a video signal from the source.
